Going to a nutrition class tonite. I will have to come up with a plan for this weekend. It will be very social. 2 partys Sat and 1 on Sun, none of which I can get out of. I'm thinking of eating before and then drinking sparkling water with lemon at the functions. If I carry a insulated tumbler with me it will help by having something already in my hand and act as a constant reminder.
