It's a typical holiday weekend gain for me. Back to the grind and time to get it back down. 3 pounds isn't bad. It could have been a lot worse. Lots of fishing and walking this past weekend. It was nice to relax. Hope you all had a great weekend and have a great rest of the work week.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
