Happy Monday morning to my FS peeps!!! What a weekend. My wife and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary this weekend. However, we both had to work on Saturday, so it was a night where we went to have some Chinese food at our favorite restaurant. It was a great night. With that, I was really hoping for not hurting to much with my bad habits on the weekend. I am quite happy with myself, recording a nice loss from last week, and taking the week off from the gym. My foot feels much better, but now I am having some vertigo issues. It usually happens when I get up from lying down on the ground and goes away quickly, but last night I got up, and when I got to the door to put something in the recycle bin, I almost fell down. It was a little scary. So, I made an appointment with my doctor to see if he can help me out at all. Well, that's enough about me. I hope you all had a great weekend and keep up the awesome work!!!!

There's a simple manipulation that works wonders with Vertigo. It's called 'Epley Maneuver: www.webmd.com/brain/home-remedies-vertigo. I had it done at an ENT's office, but you can do it at home too. It's amazing; it just fixed my recurrent problem.
