I had a 4-day long weekend visiting my parents = lots of yummy food.
Fast Food/Candy (roadtrip food)
Spaghetti
Chilean Food
Salvadorean Food
Stuffed Turkey

I definitely did not stick to my food plan i ate what was placed on my plate.
109.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
