Lost 2 kg while doing intermittent fasting and working out daily 1-2 hours daily with empty stomach, a little hard to exercise without energy but have got to lose the extra fat :).
152.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was doing intermittent fasting as well...until I blew it & still haven't gotten back into it.:( I didn't used to WANT breakfast..now I do. So I have to do other things to get my mind off of food until like 2:00pm. Some days I can do it & others I can't. Then also trying to do low carb along with it. I need to get back into the groove of things. I have also been exercising for at least an hour a day (sometimes all at one time, other times spread throughout the day). Best of luck to you.:)
