On Monday 10/24 and Wednesday 10/26 I started my morning with a moderate walking program of 2.4 mi, in 50 mins each time.

My excercise routine will consist of Mens Health Three days to Ripped every other day begining Monday 10/31/11 and the 2.4 mi walking program to eventually build up to running.
