7 x 2 Overhead squat (deliberate practice) - low weight, only practice to get your form right.

6 box jumps 30 m sled pushes 24 sledge hammer hits (12 per arm)
The sled pushes are a b*tch!! It's really tough. Friction is my boss!! #crossfitgirl
