Weight is moving in the right direction again... Yay me!

CF class today:

7 x 2 Overhead squat (deliberate practice) - low weight, only practice to get your form right.

METCON:

6 rounds (NFT):

6 box jumps
30 m sled pushes
24 sledge hammer hits (12 per arm)

The sled pushes are a b*tch!! It's really tough. Friction is my boss!! #crossfitgirl
