I think one of the first steps is to start logging all that you eat for at least a week(and I mean everything)...so you can see exactly what you are eating...e.g. is it enough/too many calories, are you eating enough of the healthy foods...during the first week you can also start researching various meal plans/programs e.g. Herbalife, Sureslim, Weightwatchers, Atkins, 5:2,Banting, etc...browse around the FS site and ask people questions...check out their food diaries...Once you have found your ideal meal plan then add a bit of exercise and before you know it...the fat will be melting off! Know that you are not alone- FS is a wonderful platform where you can learn, get tips and have support! Wishing you all the best!

Chereen, click on any person's name, which will direct you to their profile, then, under their profile pic, there are some options to choose from. The last one is "VIEW DIET CALENDER", there you will find the person's food they eaten.
