WOOO HOOO! the pain in my feet from yesterdays 6 mile hike is totally worth it!! it's a good day when 2hrs in the fat burning zone does exactly what you hope it to do.

Today I just stick to my work routine, feet are real sore, but walking and body weight exercise will be added to the daily routine soon.

50.1% Body Water 50.9% bw
31.5 BMI 30.6 bmi
245.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
