I read that depression can stem from not being productive. It's a vicious cycle...you sleep in, then feel depressed, but then don't want to get out of bed (ie sleep in) because you're depressed. If you can do one thing that is productive, whether it's "eating the frog" first (see simpletruths.com videos) or just doing something you enjoy like reading, or scrapbooking, it will be productive and that's the best cure for depression. There's no sense in stressing over the unknown..just do something today that is definite. Hope that is helpful without being preachy. I can definitely empathize with stress and depression but get rid of it quickly by taking action and then there will be less things to stress about. Plus depression leads to overeating and you have to take care of you NOW.
