Need to get back on track. I have been doing well for the last week or so eating the right foods. Started exercising with the bow flex and working out at the gym. Hope I can keep it up and follow through.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
