1st journal entry, I feel like a thirteen year old again! Yeah, instead of writing in great detail about the love of my life i just met today, I'm writing in the hopes of finishing what I started. Losing weight and being healthy. I'm 6 pounds away from an "overweight" BMI... 6 POUNDS! When I started this last February I was startled to find that I was way into the "obese" category. Good God, how did that happen? Well I quit smoking, developed a thirst for big bold hoppy beers and a fabulous new pizza place opened down the street. Those weren't supposed to be excuses by the way.
Day #1 journal... complete.
