I don't understand why I stopped using this site for a few months. It really helps me keep track of what I eat. Because of those few months, I have weighed more than I ever have. I don't like myself in pictures. I am ready for a change I need a change. My two biggest obstacles = pop and nicotine. Also my lack of exercise and inability to eat breakfast. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and can start to look better than I have in a long time.
