So, over the last two days there have been celebrations for the end of the year and I have eaten a variety of things that were not natural. My pain, bleeding, and fatigue have returned. The positive side is that my portion sizes have stayed the same, even though I ate the food, I didn't finish it all, or go smaller amounts, so yay, but I still need to avoid processed food clearly, so here is a list:
bbq pork fried chicken leg rolls cole slaw (probably not a concern potatoes augrtin (sp?) mixed veggies-not a concern french fries chips ice cream cupcake grilled shrimp taco (which probably is not a concern) tall starbuck frap alcohol (white wine and a martini) Rootbeer
The key: natural, unprocessed. I'm also feeling extra thirsty, which could be cased by the up rick of sodium, the alcohol, or the retreat I attended that involved a wonderful spa treatment and swimming, but also a sun burn.
