So, last night I had a great deal of pain in my lower abdomen that radiated to my back. It woke me up. I'm not sure if it was the salad from chik fil a. I guess I can't have salads from there.
So, today I had my usual cheerios and fruit for breakfast and lunch, and a black bean, quinoa, peppers, onions, sour cream, and cream cheese burrito and some chips for dinner.
