Week one of seattle sutton diet working well. No reason to log food because 1200 daily calories already designed in food. Did log calories the one day i deviated from using those meals to make sure i stayed where i needed to be. Easy so far...but dieting always seems easier in the beginning when motivated. I have to stay motivated
158.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
