stopped dieting about 6-7 months ago and as you can see the weight started to come back. bummer yes, but i will not be defeated or discouraged. i did it before i can do it again. that is for all out there who read this. don't quit, don't give up, don't get discouraged, don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it. most important of is this, you can do it!!!
