had a stressful couple of weeks gain some weight back, but I back on course. Realizing I have to do this for me if not no one else me. Here to being that healthier person I always wanted to be
309.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
