Good Saturday Morning! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it is cold here this morn but is supposed to be sunny and warmer later! Going to my sisters with my boys and some of their friends to help my sister to remove a couple rooms of carpet. Will have to walk and pack for my trip later today or tonight. We are thinking about pizza later so i am planning my cals around that. We usually will get a thin crust so i can have a piece or two! Looking forward to some unsweet tea also which i rarely have anymore.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
