I am so frustrated at the moment. A couple of days ago I weighed myself at 133, Today it says I weigh 137 how could I have gained 4 pounds? I have kept to my diet except for one day of eating a little too much sushi but I worked out extra hard that day to burn it off! I just don't understand! This week I haven't lost a single pound...I actually gained! Why?!?!?!? :( so sad and discouraged

Try not to be too discouraged. It may have been the sushi....You may be retaining fluid..Have you had any other foods that are high in sodium?...
Whatever has caused the gain, just keep doing what you are doing...staying on track and not letting this temporary set back deter you...Your food from 21st looks really good, so keep up the good work and I know you will see the results you're after....All the best
