Stepped on the scale this morning and GROSS!!!! :-(
I MUST get on track! I'm getting married in October!!!!!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You can do this. Take a picture of your wedding dress, put it on your frightening, put it on your phone, carry it wherever you go, and it will help remind you why you are doing this. Try not to let food and beverages of the imbibing kind control you. You are in charge of your body. :-) Keep on keeping on. You can do this one moment at a time. Taking control is the most difficult thing to do.

You and your guy look really happy and in love. If I can make a teeny suggestion: stop measuring out portions of your binge foods. It's much easier to not eat them at all. Pick a reasonable RDI, and log your food to stay under it. If your personal RDI is significantly lower than the RDI fs sets for you, and you still get mad hunger, increase it gradually until it's at a level you can sustain. That is four teeny suggestions 😶
