Yesterday did not do much of anything but study (I have a final tomarrow) So I didn't go to the gym or even leave the house excpt to get Kel from school. But I did not snack through the day like I usually would
Breakfast.
Chili cassorole

Lunch
Veggie tray of
green onion,tomatoes,mushrooms,olives,cucumbers
with ranch dip

Dinner
wheat crust pizza but I was starving so I had 3 small pieces
choco pudding w frozen whipped cream

Hey, about my calories I just use the calorie counter and I just log my food and calories as I go throughout the day, it helps that I pretty much eat the same thing every day.
