Hahaha iya nih gagal bulking. Jdnya lanjutin cutting aja. Lgian mau puasa klo bulk pasti susah. Manfaatin momen aja... coba cari dgoogle aja bodyfat 15% itu kyk apa. Ada kok dgoogle images.

Slama ini yg q bilang nhai cb fokus sm lemak tubuh pasti nnt timbangan jg berpengaruh. Bukan cuma angkanya tp penampilannya jg beda. skinny fat bb kurus tp bf tinggi penampilannya beda dgn bf rendah. Mknya bukan asupan aja yg diatur. Olahraga juga wajib
