the weight scale is kind not level on some floor.. it say it between 230 and 235.. so i put guess about 230. i think i lose about 7 pound (guess) cause my house is old.. and the floor not level lol!! so i try my best to guess my weight because i hate old fashion scale that why it hard to guess! lol

i work hard today by do gardening my veggies and fruit plants =D.. still not finished.. cause i need more veggies to plants on some empty spot ha ha ha =)

i feel good by walking workout by walking on country trails with my younger son =)
230.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amber, find the best spot for the scale where you don't have to move it, it may not be completely accurate but if you weigh in the same spot each time you will be able to tell how many pounds you lost. If you or your kids go see a doctor anytime soon, have them weigh you to get an accurate reading. Some offices will allow you to come in and step on the scale anytime you are in the area. Hope this helps, keep trying!
