Wow!! What a crazy holiday weekend that was. I helped move my sisters entire house from Friday thru Monday everyday I walked 3.5 miles😀 I really hope everyone had a great holiday! Keep up the great progress everyone!!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
