Well I just wrote down all my food for yesterday and I thought I really didn't eat much but I had! lots of calories just not very good meals.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1295 kcal Fat: 92.80g | Prot: 76.17g | Carb: 40.20g.   Breakfast: Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon, Egg, Coffee, Heavy Cream. Lunch: Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Olive Oil, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Arugula Lettuce, Butter. Dinner: Ranch Salad Dressing, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fried Breaded Squid. Snacks/Other: White Icing. more...

???? Computer is going wacky this AM!! Started to say, it's amazing how different your food intake looks when you see it in black and white!! But being able to see everything can be a great motivator. Preplanning your meals can be a great start, and gives you a chance to fine tune where you need to. Good luck!

Thanks I know its the best way to lose weight I just thought I could move to a less strict way of eating!
