I'm a newbie here but I see this could be very helpful for me. Just from having to log down what I eat I see Im watching it a little bit more. Since I started 2 days ago I have already dropped down 2.2 pounds. Hopefully the next 60 pounds wont be so hard to lose.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 May 2016:
990 kcal Fat: 33.01g | Prot: 63.93g | Carb: 104.40g.   Breakfast: Silk Pure Almond Milk - Original, Kellogg's Special K Red Berries. Lunch: Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice, Breakstone's 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Butter (Salted), Sour Cream, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Lamb Loin Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Skinny Pop Ultra Lite White Cheddar Popcorn. more...
