Hi. I am struggling with the app to add foods. It only allows per gram or ml not for example per rice cake. Also I've added foods I eat that weren't in here but can't see where to edit the info. Please can someone assist me. Oh also while adding all these foods it's now put them all into today's diary as breakfast. Help!!!!!

Barbera K its best to get yourself a kitchen scale to weigh foods and add them per gram weight. Rice cakes will tell u on the packaging how many grams per rice cake it is.

Hi big boy .. Thx for response. I know it's on the packaging but it doesn't allow you to add it onto fat secret when selecting what you ate that day ... I want to have the right amount of food. Another example when you input foods so they're there for next time you can only save 100g so just say I have 150g of noodles for dinner I would need to click on dinner 100g but can't add 50g to the meal so you arnt seeing the correct calorie protein etc for the whole day. Just like I've added a recipe with pictures and can't see it ... Can't update my pic for community etc. but more nb is having the right amount for food eaten.

HI Babra K, when adding the food there by the quantity there should be a drop down that you can just change form grams to servings or so forth , and then you can just type in the quantity that you are about to have
