Health problems are back since about a month, but at least I am not loosing weight because of that reason, so this is encouraging because if it was really that bad I would be. I'll be passing an important test for that next Thursday, hope that everything will be okay or at least not so bad! This make me a bit sad because at the moment I was the more overweight, I was not having any problems, and now that I finally do things for my health and start loosing weight, the problems are back and even worst.. Well, I can't do anything else than do my best to keep on going !

Your health is important, always do what is best for you in the short term. Losing weight is a long term goal and can be put on pause if your health requires. Never give up hope in the power you have in yourself to overcome obstacles that come your way.

Bananas lots and lots of bananas; drink only water. Dates are great fiber source too :)
