I am very proud of my 11 days of workout last month. My goals was 10 and I succeed it plus one. My fear is that as winter approaches my will power to stay in and not go to the gym will be greater. I am in need of some ideas for working out in the home while I have two young children to care for as well.
I have has some major GI issues lately and this also has given me a wake up call about my eating habits. It's not that I don't KNOW what I should be eating. It is that chicken and green beans is getting a little old in my home. Any ideas of how to shake things up when I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals?
