Thank you so much ... Yes when I was 218 I decided to make small goals .. so my first goal was 215 then 210 then 205 and so on .. Once I hit to 200 I said next goal is 190-180-175-170-165-160-156-150... And now I decided to change it .. 135!! But I know I will end up at 130 or 128!! And I'll be feeling accomplished !
