A week ago I weighed 140 now I weigh 134....I lost 6 pounds in a week...I am super happy and now I know that it is not just water weight anymore....I guess lowering my calorie intake and exercising regularly does work! I hope my weight loss will continue this way! I am super super excited to see the pounds come off!
