I waited a few days to weigh in because I hit a wall, gained 4 pds, lost 2 then another 2 and now 1 more YEAH!
I'm glad I had you guys for real.
It was very discouraging but with your help I got past it and I pushed through.
I knew it had to happen and thanks to you guys I kept on fighting!

273.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 138.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
