Three days with diarrhea. At first, I thought it was from detoxing. Then, I thought it might be from undercooked eggs. Now, I think it's from eating cheese.

I am planning to eat wheat flour today. Also will have potatoes.

Lunch was delicious. Time will tell if I can tolerate flour.
