counting calories and using FitDay.com is heling me more than a specific diet. I have to drop to under 1000 calories to actual drop anything from the scale as well. The thing I'm doing that seems to be slowly working is this: Drop calories. wait for scale response. Up Calories 200 per day as long as maintaining. Wait. When I want to get to that next lower number, I repeat the above strategy. I also watch the nutrition portion and adjust food choice. I'm not taking any vitamins.

138.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
