Day 2: I feel good today. Yesterday was a breeze. I stocked up on all the food that I need for at least 5 days. So I just snacked on yogurt and peaches and had greens and brown rice for lunch and dinner. Oh yea and oatmeal for breakfast.
Today I think that im going to have the same thing. And changes things up for tomorrow. I am excited and cant wait to weigh in on day 10.
