Fluctuating up and down! And I know why - weekend is the hardest bit of week for me. You know - family meals, some wine.. My mom said that I'm not dieting according to Dukan diet but just applying its principles. :) Yes, I do! At first, many people doubt the nutritional balance of this diet, so I make it more balanced - I include cucumbers and lettuce in my meals daily though dr.Dukan advises to eat veggies only every second day. Another change is wine - a glass of wine once a week with friends of family makes me feel better and more happy. :) Yes, therefore the progress is slower but it is more comfortable and enjoyable to get through with weight loss! Have a wonderful day/ night!
165.3 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
