debs:)'s Journal, 24 May 2016

skipped breakfast this morning so had a sandwich instead of a salad for lunch, with some fruit. I am still hungry and dont want to spoil my diet but it's so hard. Having breakfast has been stopping the hunger so I won't miss it again.

if you like them try carrying around a few almonds with you for when you need a snack. You can get small ziploc bags that will take half an ounce and they're great for staving off hunger if you savour them as you eat them (along with a good drink of water). Don't fall into the trap of carrying too many and scoffing the lot though - lots of calories in large quantities (I know, been there, done that). You'll find what suits you - best of luck!
