It's been a pretty good day for me eating wise today. No exercise planned as I am working late and then spending time with my honey. I'm looking forward to dinner today. Chicken breast on a flax seed wrap with onions and peppers. Yum! And surprisingly low on points for Weight Watchers. I haven't weighed in for quite some time because I haven't been doing well or focusing on myself or my health at all. I don't plan on weighing in for another few days so as to not get discouraged. Right now I'm just focusing on eating well.

Thank you, carmen1098 :) Same to you! And HCB - agreed ... I still have a longggg way to go in terms of having a fully healthy diet but I'm slowly making progress.
