Getting back to my routine! I know I lost my thrive to take care of myself. I will do this again. I do not want to be 320lbs again. Losing 60lbs was the best accomplishment I had. My goal for the next 6 months is at least 20lbs.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
