the proof is in the putting ;-) See everyone has different opinions some say it's bad some say it's good. I say do what's working for you. I met a friend recently who is a raw vegan. She did everything to loose weight she was close to 300 lbs at one point when she decided to go raw vegan she says that yes smoothies will have sugar but that sugar gets processed faster then other sugar and it won't stay in your body like everything else there's bad carbs and good carbs I assume there's good sugars and bad sugars as well. She has been raw vegan for four years she now weighs 145 that's about 1/2 her self before she started eating smoothies, fruit and vegies.. so I say as long as I'm loosing the weight and I feel better then I have in a long time. Why not.. I don't think I can do the vegan or vegetarian route seeing that I love to eat meat but why not in corporate it 1/2 or even 1/3 into my lifestyle. I will get my check up and see how my body is doing in a couple of months. I've already talked to my doctor and told him what i was doing and he gave me to thumbs up and told me to continue to do what I was doing and to check in so I will....
