Other then fighting a cold starting last weekend it was a pretty good week. I miss i believe two walking days but my food intake was pretty much on track. Been cutting certain carbs but adding more green smoothies and fruit. Does not work for everyone but it seems to be working for me. I weigh myself once a week on Saturdays right after I wake up. I was expecting to be around 265 or 266. 260.9 was a surprise it might go up seeing that I was sick for a few days who knows. But I'm trying to not let it bother me as long as my clothes are fitting better and i'm actually feeling better. Oh one quick thing I take the train to work and in the past if I ran for just a few feet and not even that fast I would be puffing so much be completely out of breath that I thought I was going to pass out. Yesterday I got to the train station saw the train and I ran really really fast. I don't think I've ran that fast since I was much younger and guess what? I was not out of breath and I did not even break a sweat, it felt so good... I did miss my train but I felt great that I was able to run that fast without feeling like I was going to die...
260.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
