I'm so desperate to lose weight but i'm not losing anything , even though I eat less during the day or have some low calorie intake. Instead of that, I'm gaining weight. Wanna cry. And I get frustrated of that, and starts eating normally. I'm like stuck at that weight. Everyday I see the same weight. I WANT TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT. like last year. I need to have the will first.'

How often are u eating and what are u eating? You maybe focusing to much on low calorie and u may not be eating enough..sometimes that will cause us to go backwards.
