My first week on Medifast went GREAT! Considering that I dropped seven pounds in my first week AND it was over Thanksgiving, I think I'm off to a great start! I have a week of travel ahead of me. Luckily I'm going to my super supportive sister's house and will be playing with a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old, so I'll be sure to get some activities in!
