After 2 great weeks I was hoping for another loss this weigh-in. However I did feel like I was eating more during the week so maybe I was over on my calorie intake.
384.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

You can do this Big Z. it's only 1 lb and look how far you've come already. Be diligent on recording you food here... then there is no question about the calories. You got this!

dead pound bounce. Sounds like you were eating mindfully though. If you fall off the wagon don't lose sight of the horse.
