Well pooh.....lot of stress this week. With truck down, no kids around, we just made pizza-oatmeal cookies-margaritas, was a fun week with Angie! So I accept your truth, scale-o-mine, and just know that I wont give up! I have had such great progress that a few slips and bumps wont kill me! Rock on my friends! FYI the truck was fixed - $3034.35! Start saving again! (I am so PROUD of Angie though, she still lost a pound this week! I had too much pizza) LOL!

Most of that weight will be fluid. Buckle down and it will soon shift.

Good for Angie!!! Was it a Paleo-friendly crust on that pizza? I hear they are pretty good.

HAH! we usually make Paleo, but, she works at the Church Pantry mon and wed and there are some items people don't want. Gluten free noodles and stuff. So.......she got a "crust mix" which was gluten free....which helps her arthritis, but, HIGH in carbs! The week I broke 300, I wanted "pizza and cinnamon rolls" like the TV commercial. So I have a Parkerhouse roll recipe that we halved and made pizza and rolls with. That one is 14 carbs per slice(so I had 2 pizza, 1 roll = 42 carbs) We have a Paleo one we make which is 6 carbs but it is crumbly(still good). The Parkerhouse converted to pizza is awesome! you can pick it up 1 hand, roll up the sides and chomp! just like "real" pizza. I have submitted many recipes but they have not been approved yet. Smiles!

That is the thing about eating Primal/Paleo/low glycemic/low carb .... when you walk on the dark side .... it takes a while to get back to the light ... weight-wise. I am suffering from that now. My slip was not worth it ... LOL!
