Cant believe its me done up so many kilos. Thats all I can say. Im very disappointed at myself. I ate bad period I cant deny that. I went on vacation & didnt exercise. Im back & back to my normal way of doing things. Eat right & exercise.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
