Work Week Recap.
I have never worked as hard on my diet as I did this week. I went to the gym every day, even twice on Wednesday. I paid close attention to my cals and protein intake, and just recently am now watching carbs, I lost 6 pounds most of what I gained back from last weekend. I am now at my lowest weight yet 236.0 this morning. I believe I have figured out how to bust threw my plateau. so I can absolutely do this, the problem is since I'm down to my last 30 pounds the amount of dedication and discipline to accomplish my goals has drastically increased. I don't like that I have to be so careful about every thing I do or eat or it will show where I don't want it.
Counting carbs is going to be harder than I expected, so I'm not exactly going for an atkins diet but my goal is to just keep cards as low as possible when I can. I usually screw my weekends up with liquor, beer and burgers I'm glad I made it this far with still having fun. But I only got 4 more pounds till I hit 100!

Stay dedicated son you can do this!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
