Well Good Morning FS! I didn't lose much weight this past week. Oh well better this week, I hope. I got a Vivofit for Mother Day and it started my goal steps at 5000 a day. First couple of days I didn't make goal, but Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday I doubled it by stating to walk down by the riverfront. Friday I looked at my Vivofit before going to bed and Friday I had walked almost 6 miles. I laid in bed for a second and said you will finish up this day with 6 miles. I got up and started walking around the house till it was 6 miles. I have a hard time walking because of my back, I have degenerative disc disease and have had 5 back surgeries and 3 neck surgeries, but I am going to tough this out and get through this. I know it will be better on my back to lose weight and walk more. I don't know how much walking I will be doing this week because yesterday morning I decided to walk into a chair barefooted and broke my little toe, but I think I might have broken the toe joint or foot right above the toe. I still walked 3 miles yesterday, but it sure hurt last night. This morning it is black and blue and hurting, but I will try to still get my goal steps in today I will have to see how it goes. I have been reading posts and wanted to add some more exercise in and looked up planks. I will start as soon as I can. All will depend on my foot right now, which is a bummer. I have been looking at my calendar and I have been eating too many carbs, and will be doing better this week. I hope everyone has a great day! Lets all focus! The weight didn't come in a day and it's not going to come off in a day. Even though we wish it would.
236.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 71.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
