I'm going to weigh in each week on the same day like today is Friday. I'm more concern about my sodium count then my calorie count. But when you do sodium count you have to lose calories also. I started to ride my bike each day and we walk a mile with the dogs in the evening.
I had a heart attack a few weeks ago and I need to keep the sodium count down.
